A tried and tested WIG specialty is mast design and construction. All necessary calculations and tests of mast structures are carried out with FEM programmes. Configuration of mast concepts takes place after analysing technical marginal conditions and client parameters.

WIG finally develops a functionally and tech-nically fully engineered mast dimensioned

according to all requirements. Stability and vibration are calculated, tested and optimised with FEM programmes further to physical givens for mast design and construction.

Furthermore special experience and know-how is available for anchor mooring and rudder as well as various cargo handling and life saving equipment.
